“I moved to Nashville three years ago after an extended stint in the colder climes of Chicago and New York. Though I did not grow up here, I felt the strong pull of Nashville when deciding to make a move south. Most of my photographs have been shot somewhere between Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky. I have found that Nashville is an interesting mix of the “New South” and of the vernacular charm of its stereotype, making it a fascinating place to call home.”

“My photographs explore the intersection between the natural and the man-made landscape. I am currently teaching, shooting editorially, and working on a new series to be exhibited in spring 2009.”
